MindSet Hypnotherapy Melbourne

I have had anxiety issues for years and have seen various doctors about it, who all tell me the same things. Mindset hypnotherapy was recommended to me by a family member and at first I was skeptical, I've never been one for alternative healing but after a few sessions with Mike I began to notice a difference with my breathing and my heart rate in situations I would usually find distressing.
